Kalkhoff – Data Quality at Emstek

Kalkhoff recently opened a new production site with state-of-the-art production facilities where high-quality e-bikes for Kalkhoff and Focus are being manufactured. Additionally, it includes a new Kalkhoff brand experience where employees and visitors are invited to try out new models at the on-site test track.

During the startup phase of the factory, trial production runs were executed, and unfortunately, the data quality was not as good as expected. To solve this issue, two of the Datalab team members traveled to Emstek in Germany to work on a dashboard which visualizes the data quality issues and give the colleagues at Emstek the tools to solve the issues in a fast and efficient way.

As a bonus, Carlijn and Ellen received a very nice tour around the newly created production facility.
