Audi – Lead Generation

With Audi having such a diverse B2B customer base, it can be hard to identify which parts of the market to focus on to find potential new customers. Together with Audi, we decided to take on this challenge. We started by developing an interactive dashboard that shows which industries might be interesting for Audi. We did so by mapping the distribution of car brands within each sector to see where Audi has a lower or higher market share than its competitors. The dashboard also shows the number of car registrations and companies in each sector, as well as an indication of how well sectors are doing based on the number of open vacancies.

Subsequently, a deep-dive into sub-sectors can be made, and finally all companies within each sector can be viewed in a separate sheet. Companies can also be filtered based on the number of employees, annual revenue and fleet size. The final result is a list of potential new leads based on the chosen industry, sector(s) and other filters that are applied. To contact a company, users can click on the company and a LinkedIn page will pop up searching for the particular employee of that company.

Together with the B2C Customer Profiling analysis, Audi will be able to identify and target both B2B and B2C customers more accurately.
