DACC Management Trainees

Last week, Ralf and Kevin gave the DACC training to eight management trainees of Pon. The training was slightly different from our regular DACC program, as we had to fit all of the theory and practice into two days. As the trainees all work at different operating companies, we were able to apply the data analytics transformation to the different companies. Together we rated each company on capabilities, opportunities, organization and way of working, and we discussed opportunities for improvement.
