Datalab – 48.HRS.CASE edition 2

Yes we did it again! Our second edition of the 48.HRS.CASE. We organize this event to bring us many data enthusiasts within Pon together and work on several Pon cases during 2 long, but fun days. It includes an overnight stay and just as last time we stayed at the Student Hotel in Amsterdam West.

This time we had 23(!) participants varying from i.e. Automotive, Swapfiets, Pon Equipment, Pon Power and other OpCo’s. 6 groups worked on 3 cases: 1) customer satisfaction research within Automotive, 2) car service analysis from MIND connected car data and 3) parts and service analysis from Bolier. 

After two days of hard work (and some beers…) we could only have 1 winning team. Congratulations Melle Minderhoud (Swapfiets), Jodie Oortman (Bolier), Sebastiaan Buiting (Automotive) and Josje Hoek (PEPP) on winning this edition and one hour driving in a Porsche Macan S!
