This September, Koen Haenen presented at the Cat Used Equipment Forum in Den Bosch on behalf of the Pon Datalab. Koen presented on how to leverage data analytics to grow your customer base and optimize your marketing effort. The talk was followed by an engaging discussion and we received very positive feedback from the attendants. We were happy to see so many Cat dealers excited about data analytics.
