Mobility Network Tool
Pon’s Automobielhandel (PAH) faces many network related challenges. One of these is knowing strategic locations for their dealers. In the past, these locations have been found using domain experts and by looking at the reachability by car. However, as more and more data is available online and the mobility needs of people are changing, this approach is not future proof.
The Datalab helped PAH by creating a tool which gives valuable insights on their current dealer locations and potential new locations. By combining both internal and external data related to (multimodal) mobility and visualizing these in an interactive tool, this challenge was overcome. With the tool, PAH can motivate strategic choices and ensure their network is ready for the future.
