PAH Service Pricing
To optimize the service pricing strategy of Pon Automotive, we were asked to analyze the service prices of competitors throughout the Netherlands. We did this by scraping the service prices of three websites, for a list of license plates composed by Pon Automotive, and a predefined list of services.
After delivering the data in the format that Pon Automotive requested, Pon Automotive compared the prices of competitors with their own prices in a visualization. Based on these insights, they could optimize their service pricing strategy for every type of service and every type of car they had requested for scraping.
