Pon Automotive – Pricing Service

Pon Automotive is assisted by optimizing their pricing strategy based on service prices of other providers throughout The Netherlands. We used the web scraping technique to extract and store service prices of four websites of Pon Automotive’s competitors. This was done for a list of 940 license plates and defined services, both pre-selected by Pon Automotive.
Scraping resulted in an overview of service prices per license plate, type of service and service provider. Pon Automotive compared the competitors’ price with their own prices in a data vizualization. Based on these insights, Pon Automotive will optimize their pricing strategy for every type of car and service they offer.
